About the Role
Denimrush is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is built for a designer who understands the full arc of branded production, from concept to client-facing mockup to factory-ready file. You'll work across PR mailers, custom merchandise, and experiential design for a diverse client roster, collaborating closely with our CEO and account team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Agency background is a must. We move quickly, our clients span every category, and the work requires someone who can shift aesthetic gears without losing precision.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce artwork for PR gifting mailers, branded packaging, and custom merchandise across varied client aesthetics and categories
- Create polished, client-facing mockups that clearly communicate design intent for approval and feedback rounds
- Prepare and deliver production-ready files to overseas factories, ensuring specs, dielines, and technical requirements are met
- Support concept development for experiential activations, from early moodboarding through final design execution
- Collaborate with the CEO and Account Managers throughout the brief, revision, and approval process
- Manage multiple active projects simultaneously and meet tight turnaround expectations
Who You Are
- An experienced designer with a background in agency environments and a strong production foundation
- Familiar with the PR mailer and branded merchandise space, including packaging design, dielines, and vendor-spec file prep
- Skilled at building client-facing mockups that are presentation-ready and easy to route for approval
- Experienced working with overseas factories or production partners, with an understanding of how to communicate files and specs across time zones
- Adaptable across brand aesthetics, from prestige and luxury to lifestyle, beauty, food and beverage, and beyond
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a full project plate in a remote environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma familiarity is a plus
